Essential Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Information Security IAM management and leadership you will maintain, evaluate, monitor, and strengthen the adoption of identity practices, standards, and controls
- The Senior IAM Security Analyst will execute and maintain existing User Access Review (UAR) control processes, associated quality assurance and review processes, and identify continual operational enhancements
- 5 years of experience handling complex technical support issues in an enterprise environment
- Experience identifying, evaluating, recommending, and implementing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance existing capabilities and ensure a cycle of continuous improvement
- Understanding of IAM Governance, Administration and Identity lifecycle management
- In-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and how to apply them
- The Senior IAM Security Analyst will also operate at multiple levels within the organization participating in IAM projects/activities, risk assessments, IT general control (ITGC) SOX and other IAM actions
- Support of MS Entra/AD and on-prem migration experience
- In addition, the Senior IAM Analyst will work with IT application and database owners, infrastructure, IAM engineering and business stakeholders, departments to identify and recommend solutions to Identity and Access Management related issues and provide expertise surrounding a broad range of IAM duties
- Maintain detailed records of access permissions, changes, and access reviews
- Partner with application owners and leaders to address business and technical issues involved in deploying, governing, and extending identity services
- Experience with IAM tools (Okta, SecZetta, Oracle Identity Manager)
- Perform requirements gathering for automation
- Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of applications into the Identity Management tool
- Advance understanding of networking systems, cyber security vulnerabilities, exploits and attacks.
- Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with people with a wide range of skills, experience, cultures, and capabilities, clearly describing solutions to computer problems in way that nontechnical users can understand.
- General understanding of IT principles and governance frameworks such as ITIL and Agile foundation concept
- Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, AWS, Azure AD etc.)
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (API) and development platforms (Postman)
