We are currently seeking a regional VP of Growth for our client. This is a remote role that will require travel. This is a direct hire opportunity. This position would require someone who is a true hunter in the healthcare services field. Someone who is aggressive and wants to grow business. This is going to be more business development focus not account management.
Summary of Position:
The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic region in the healthcare industry. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, Medical Groups, and other healthcare organizations. The RVP of Growth will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and achieve/exceed annual sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning:
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and cold-calling potential customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects about the company's products and services.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics, for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and build relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a regional territory and travel as needed.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
