Axée sur l’excellence opérationnelle et le développement de relations solides avec ses fournisseurs, l’entreprise est à la recherche d’un(e) commis aux comptes fournisseurs rigoureux(se) pour soutenir son équipe des finances pendant une période occupée.

À propos du poste
En tant que commis aux comptes fournisseurs, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des opérations comptables quotidiennes. Vous apporterez un soutien essentiel à l’équipe des finances en assurant un traitement exact et rapide des factures et paiements.
Vos responsabilités comprendront :
- Traiter la réception des marchandises dans le système comptable
- Générer le rapport d’âge des comptes fournisseurs pour faciliter les paiements
- Coder et saisir les factures dans le système
- Effectuer des suivis auprès des fournisseurs
- Participer aux activités de fin de mois et aux conciliations
- Contribuer aux tâches de classement et au soutien administratif général
Profil recherché
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) – à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (notamment Excel et Outlook)
- Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire en comptes fournisseurs (un atout)
- Excellent souci du détail et bonnes compétences en organisation

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
