

Senior Network Engineer POST NUMBER: 444943
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance, identify trends, and resolve issues before they impact business operations.
- Design, install, and configure secure and resilient network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
- Deliver a minimum of three impactful network enhancements or optimizations annually, each tied to measurable improvements such as reduced latency, increased uptime, higher throughput, or enhanced security.
- Coach and mentor IT team members on networking best practices to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Lead seamless network integrations to support new business initiatives, office expansions, and cross-departmental projects without service disruptions.
- Maintain and regularly update security protocols through consistent patching and upgrades of critical network systems.
- Implement and oversee disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, escalating and documenting incidents as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, processes, changes, and configurations.
- Provide reliable and responsive remote and on-site support to internal users.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver network solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Participate in off-hour maintenance windows and critical issue resolution, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 10 years of hands-on network engineering experience within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama administration.
- Proficient with Prisma VPN (client-based and clientless), IPsec, and SSL VPN technologies.
- Practical experience with Aruba IAP 505, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and 802.1x EAP-TLS authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar platforms.
- Experience with AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) configurations, including peering and gateways.
- Strong understanding of SSO/MFA technologies, particularly SAML integrations and Okta administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
