What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll support the accounting team with core financial functions to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance across multiple entities. You’ll contribute to monthly close processes, reconciliations, tax filings, and other key accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting tasks

Reconcile cash accounts including ACH and wire activity

Maintain and account for fixed assets including depreciation and disposals

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules for month-end close

Support variance analysis of P&L and balance sheet accounts

Prepare multi-state sales and use tax filings and support regulatory reporting

Contribute to audit preparation and various special projects

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial data
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
-
1 year of relevant accounting experience; experience across multiple entities is a plus
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
-
Experience with Procede software is a bonus
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the lease/rental or dealership industry is a plus
