Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en recouvrement B2B bilingue pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique dans un environnement de vente TI en constante évolution. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d’un portefeuille de comptes clients corporatifs et du recouvrement de paiements tout en assurant une excellente expérience client.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Communiquer avec 300 à 600 clients B2B (Canada et/ou États-Unis) par téléphone, courriel ou télécopieur afin de résoudre les problèmes de facturation et de paiements en souffrance (environ 40 communications par jour, principalement par téléphone).
  • Négocier les modalités de paiement selon l’analyse du compte pour maximiser les recouvrements.
  • Traiter les demandes de levée de blocage de commandes jusqu’à 50 000 $ et recommander des actions pour les montants supérieurs.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les départements internes pour résoudre les problèmes liés à la facturation, aux prix ou aux services.
  • Documenter les activités de recouvrement et suivre les comptes à partir du rapport d’ancienneté mensuel.
  • Réconcilier régulièrement les comptes, y compris les rapprochements complexes ou intercomptes.
  • Atteindre les objectifs individuels et d’équipe en matière de comptes clients.
  • Escalader les dossiers aux niveaux supérieurs lorsque nécessaire.
  • Développer une bonne compréhension des produits et services offerts (matériel, logiciels, services infonuagiques, services professionnels, etc.).


Profil recherché

  • Diplôme collégial en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en recouvrement B2B, idéalement auprès de clients de taille moyenne à grande.
  • Bonne connaissance du processus d’escalade en comptes clients et capacité à résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes impliquant divers départements (ventes, fiscalité, crédit, facturation, etc.).
  • Connaissances de base en principes comptables.
  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Word et Excel.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Sens du service à la clientèle et expérience dans la gestion d’un portefeuille de comptes.
  • Expérience dans l’industrie technologique (un atout).
  • Bilinguisme essentiel – français et anglais, parlé et écrit.


Rémunération

  • Taux horaire : 22 $ à 25$, selon l’expérience et les compétences.
