Requirements:

  • The role seeks an individual with 5-7 years of experience, preferably at a mid-senior level, with significant emphasis on iCIMS and Workday proficiency.
  • Must have experience recruiting talent on the corporate side for Finance, Admin and Executive-Level positions. 
  • Mixture of high-volume corporate recruitment experience with proven track record of monthly deliverables combined with highly targeted searches for niche roles is strongly desired. Either fully corporate experience or mixture of corporate and agency, not just agency experience preferably) 
  • Excellent experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, maintains an active profile which details representing the professional brand of an organization as a representative. 

Location Requirement: This position offers a hybrid work setup based in Coral Gables Area, Miami, FL, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).  

Compensation: It is a contract-to-hire opportunity, starts off as 3-month contract position, aiming to transition into a permanent role, with a conversion salary range of $80K to $115,000/Year, w2 hourly pay rate will start out at 40-52/hr w2. Please note: Compensation will heavily depend on relevant fit for the position, years of experience, relevant demonstrated kpis and deliverables)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the full recruitment process within the organization. The candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and operations to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for assigned business unit(s).

  • Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing requirements, producing forecasts and reports that incorporate relevant metrics to gauge success.
  • Handle Direct Recruitment for all roles within the designated business unit.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, ensuring their performance aligns with contractual agreements.
  • Organize and manage collegiate recruiting programs within specified markets.
  • Lead efforts in continuous improvement to meet recruitment deadlines without compromising quality, staying informed on trends in talent acquisition, recruitment methods, and market-specific tactics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR and Talent Acquisition projects, enhancing overall acceptance and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Provide support for Talent Acquisition reporting, utilizing TA tools and systems to produce and deliver necessary data and reports to the HR team, covering both regular and project-specific requirements.
