Accounting Manager POST NUMBER: 450576
Accounting Manager/Strategic Finance Leader (Standalone Role) - Limited Hybrid
About the Role
Are you energized by working alongside entrepreneurs? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where your impact is both immediate and meaningful? If so, this Accounting Manager role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a very hands-on/roll up sleeves type, experienced accounting professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our transition from an outsourced model to an in-house finance and accounting function. This is a critical hire—the first of its kind—and you’ll play a foundational role in building and shaping our internal processes, systems, and strategy.
As the sole member of the accounting function initially, you’ll take ownership of all core financial operations, from A/P to financial reporting, while also serving as a strategic partner to leadership. Your insights and analysis will influence business decisions, support scalable growth, and help prepare the company for its next stage of development.
This is a high-impact role with clear potential to grow into a senior leadership position as the organization scales.
What We’re Looking For
You bring 7 years of full-charge accounting experience, with a deep command of GAAP and financial operations. You’re known for your accuracy, accountability, and ability to deliver results in dynamic environments. Advanced Excel skills come naturally to you, and you're eager to use data to drive strategic insights. More than a technician, you're a thought partner who thrives on turning numbers into actionable business intelligence.
Note: This role requires more than technical accounting expertise—it’s an opportunity to shape the finance function from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who has delivered real business impact and is ready to take on strategic responsibility.
