About the Role:
We’re looking for a well-rounded and adaptable Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and is always ready to jump in—whether it's tuning a server, configuring a firewall, or assisting with a laptop migration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support both Windows Server and Linux systems across cloud and on-prem environments
- Manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware, including provisioning, performance tuning, and resource management
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam
- Administer Microsoft cloud environments including Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking equipment including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Fortinet firewalls and switches
- Support endpoint and infrastructure projects such as laptop migrations and user onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute technical projects
- Document system configurations, procedures, and client-specific environments
- Proven experience in systems administration and infrastructure support, ideally within an MSP or similar fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with Cisco/Meraki and Fortinet solutions
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
- Experience with virtualization (VMware) and backup technologies (Veeam)
- Proficiency in cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure, O365, Exchange, and Entra ID
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing environments
