Description:
The Pursuit Enablement Specialist supports high-value sales opportunities for the Enterprise by developing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and retrieving information for Salesforce (CRM) and Bullhorn (ATS) to support the Pursuit Enablement Center.
Essential Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains case study & bio repositories and tags team members into finalized materials to add new case studies and bios
- Conducts regular reviews of case studies and bios every 6–9 months to ensure updates and accuracy
- Develops RFP response PowerPoint shells and builds a repository to streamline future proposal development
- Copy/pastes RFP questions and formats them appropriately based on submission requirements (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, portal templates)
- Populates standard client form/questionnaire responses and completes commonly requested information from clients using standard content
- Enters relevant data into Salesforce to support tracking and reporting (ESAM, Leads Portal, RFPs, Strategic Pursuits)
- Retrieves information from Bullhorn, Salesforce, and online sources as needed for RFP evaluation, ESAM, and pursuit strategy development, Leads Portal pre-qualification, etc.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Bullhorn (or similar CRM/ATS platforms)
- Good written English communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software
Travel Requirements: Less than 5% (almost no travel)
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.
Occasional: Standing and bending.
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
