Title: Product Manager - Supply Chain
Duration: 12 Months Contract, with extension possibility
Hours: 37.5 Hours
Work Environment: 5 days in Mississauga office
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive replenishment system initiatives across supply chain operations. This role will lead cross-functional projects to implement and optimize replenishment solutions, ensuring seamless coordination between order management, inventory, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has solid project management expertise, strong knowledge of replenishment processes, and proven ability to deliver system enhancements in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into user stories for replenishment-related initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute replenishment system projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with replenishment business needs.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to oversee system design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure quality standards are met by supporting test case development and execution.
- Develop reports, process flows, and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Drive change management and adoption efforts for new replenishment system capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager with experience in project management, business analysis etc.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes (Will consider WMS in lieu), order management, and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and process visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems and other related fields OR Equivalent experience in lieu.
Nice to have:
- Agile methodology certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) strongly preferred.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience in retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or distribution is an asset.
