Your Mission
You’ll be the primary force behind collections, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships. This role goes beyond routine accounting — it’s about being proactive, responsive, and strategic in managing receivables and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the collections process: initiate follow-ups, negotiate payment plans, and resolve outstanding balances with professionalism and persistence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure smooth communication and payment cooperation
- Monitor and manage aging reports, flag risks, and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline workflows
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve collection strategies and client engagement
- Support light accounting tasks such as payment application, reconciliations, and reporting
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements across finance and operations
- Act as a liaison between finance, client service, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
- Proven experience in collections, client relations, or project coordination
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you don’t just follow instructions, you improve them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfort with basic accounting tools and systems (experience with AR software is a plus)
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is a must

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) capable de prendre en charge les efforts de recouvrement, tout en apportant des idées et des améliorations aux processus existants. Une expérience en assistance exécutive ou en gestion de projets est un atout majeur.
Votre mission
Vous serez le pilier du recouvrement des comptes clients, avec pour objectif principal d’assurer le suivi des paiements, de maintenir des relations de confiance avec les clients et de contribuer activement à l’amélioration des processus internes.
Responsabilités principales
- Gérer de manière proactive et réactive les activités de recouvrement : relances, négociations, suivi des paiements en souffrance
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients pour faciliter les paiements et résoudre les litiges
- Surveiller les rapports d’ancienneté des comptes et identifier les risques de non-paiement
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les écarts de facturation et améliorer les flux de travail
- Proposer des idées et des solutions pour optimiser les stratégies de recouvrement et l’expérience client
- Effectuer certaines tâches comptables légères : application des paiements, rapprochements, rapports
- Participer à des projets spéciaux et à l’amélioration continue des processus
- Servir de lien entre les équipes de finance, de service client et de direction
- Expérience confirmée en recouvrement, relations clients, coordination de projets ou assistance exécutive
- Esprit d’initiative, capacité à proposer des idées et à améliorer les méthodes de travail
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités
- Maîtrise des outils comptables de base (la connaissance de logiciels de gestion des comptes clients est un plus)
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
