Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the senior executive's schedule, including organizing critical meetings, arranging travel, and scheduling appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Prepare, review, and refine important documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential communications and manage the seamless operation of the senior executive’s office.
  • Maintain a meticulous filing system, managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in the generation of analytical reports and execute various administrative tasks.
  • Optimize office management procedures, including coordinating events and managing executive expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Bilingual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, adept at building rapport.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities efficiently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adept at using modern office technologies.
  • A strong ethical commitment to confidentiality and discretion

Responsabilités clés :

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en Administration des Affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, avec un excellent dossier académique.
  • Expérience avérée dans un rôle d'Assistant Exécutif, de préférence dans un environnement dynamique et à enjeux élevés.
  • Bilingue avec des compétences de communication exceptionnelles, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, et un talent pour établir des relations.
  • Capacités organisationnelles et de multitâche avancées, capable de gérer efficacement des priorités concurrentes.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et compétence avec les technologies de bureau modernes.
